How we work
We protect, support and empower children living in the poorest regions of the world. A key aspect of providing effective support is first-hand knowledge of the local context and culture of the people in need of support. That is why we implement all projects in co-operation with local partner organisations.
Our projects also always seek to improve the situation of the children’s local environment and foster children’s independence. Our goal: children learn to take their lives into their own hands. Our fundamental principles are compliance with children’s rights and help for self-help.
As an independent Luxembourg organisation, we work at international level with Kindernothilfe in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This enables us to have access to an experienced network of local partners.
We care for, and protect, children during and after humanitarian disasters.
